A little bit about us.

We started our screen-printing business in 1996. A small but mighty operation; we’ve taken great pride in our ability to meet our customers’ needs and deadlines for 21 years! Now in our second generation of ownership we continue to think big and act quick!

Your business is very important to us. It makes no difference if you need a couple of shirts or a couple thousand, we’ll give you 100% of our attention every time. Whether you provide your own artwork or we design something special for you, you can count on us to deliver creative, quality products every time.

We want you to know that community is important to us and that we’re dedicated to supporting local businesses and individuals as they’ve supported us over the years.

What do we do?

It’s simple! We deliver affordable, high quality, custom screen-printing on all apparel.

We have a 6-colour auto-press and a 6-colour manual printing press to accommodate all kinds of apparel needs. We also have a die-cutter and heat press for team jerseys requiring numbering.

Services / FAQs


Up to 6 colours (which includes a white underlay if printing on dark garments), with a maximum print area of L x 16” and W x 15”.


We have 2” block letters and numbers, 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” block numbers – we can cut and apply or simply cut and provide to you for application.

Heat Transfers

We can print and apply multiple coloured heat transfers up to L x 18” and W x 16”


Do I have to place a minimum order?

Our minimum order is 12 shirts for screen printing, and no minimum for transfers. Orders for screen printing which is less than 12 can be done with a set up fee.

Is there a set up fee?

Print price includes a set up fee, except for order which is less than 12 pieces.

How quickly can I get my stuff?

Depending on scheduling, we typically need 7 – 14 business days. If you need your gear in a hurry, a RUSH fee will apply.

How do I submit my order and/or artwork?

The best way to submit your order is to complete this form (insert form here) and email it to info@canadiancreation.com.

Artwork must be submitted to info@canadiancreation.com.

What kind of file do you need for the artwork?

The best file you can send us is an EPS vector file. If sending bitmap files, preference is for 300dpi, and art charges may apply. Artwork must be submitted to info@canadiancreation.com. Minor changes to artwork will be included in the print price, but more than 2 changes, or significant work will result in charges being applied.

Can I mix and match the garments for printing?

Absolutely! As long as you are printing the exact same design, you can mix hoodies, tanks, tees and more. If you want to print the same design but change the ink colour, a charge will apply, but can be done!

If you are mixing and matching apparel, keep in mind that different colour garments will not always look as great with the colour of the design. (Eg. – if you are printing in black ink, it might look great on a light colour tee, but will be less visible on a darker tee).

How do I get the best bang for my buck?

Keep it simple. Provide great artwork. Order more!

Price is ultimately determined by the quality of the garment, quantity, and the number of colours in the design. With screen printing, each colour requires its own screen, the more screens, the more work. The cost of the print goes down as the quantity ordered goes up. The more you order, the better the price.

Can you print on my apparel?

We do NOT print on previously worn apparel, and unless specifically approved by us, we only print on goods that we provide.

How many colours can I have printed?

Screen printing is a maximum of 6 colours. If you are printing on dark garments, a white underlay may be required, in which case that counts as one of the 6 colours.

When do I pay? Is a deposit required? How do I pay?

We require a 50% deposit before we can process your order. The remaining 50% is required on pick up/shipping.

We accept EMT, business cheque, credit card, paypal and good old fashioned cash.

Art Submission

Accepted File Types

Vector Based Art

For best results, please submit your artwork in a vector format such as Adobe Illustrator (.AI), or another Vector format such as .EPS or editable .PDF.

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI).

• Vector (.EPS or editable vector .PDF).

• Please ensure all vector PDF files are saved as “press quality”.

If you are creating your file in Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS or editable .PDF), you will need to choose “Create Outlines” on all your text. This allows us to open the file without requiring the font.

We prefer vector .AI or .EPS files. Vector images can be scaled to any size without your image becoming blurry.

Rasterized Art

If you need to submit a Photoshop file such as a PSD, TIFF or JPEG the files must be at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch). If your file is not 300 ppi, it can’t be scaled up without a noticeable loss of quality. The same resolution guidelines apply to images placed in Adobe Illustrator files.

Art Size

Your artwork should be sized to the exact size that you want printed. If you want your print to be 12″ wide, please be sure the actual design within the file is 12″ wide, not just the background of your design file. 

Pantone Colors

Please specify Pantone Spot Colours where applicable. We will always do our best to match your colours, however, colours provided as RGB or CMYK cannot be matched reliably due to variations between what you see on your monitor and what is printed on our presses.

In-House design services available at an additional charge. Please note that any changes we’re required to make to your art will be quoted at our hourly rate.
